Job Title
• Sonographer - Echo/Ultrasound

• Night shifts, full-time

Key Responsibilities
• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations, including echocardiography and breast ultrasounds.
• Assist in procedures such as breast biopsies, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
• Collaborate with medical teams in a large trauma and teaching hospital environment.
• Adhere to all imaging protocols, ensuring high-quality results for patient diagnosis.
• Complete detailed documentation of all procedures and patient interactions.
• Work scheduled holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Day, with coverage expected for 2 out of 4.

Required Qualifications
• ARDMS certification in Abdomen, Gynecology, and Breast.
• Minimum of 2 years of ultrasound experience, including breast care centers.
• Experience performing breast biopsies.
• Prior experience in large hospital or teaching hospital settings.
• Recent Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years is required and non-negotiable.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Familiarity with implementing IVS procedures.
• Ability to work with Epic electronic medical records and adapt quickly.
• Reliable transportation with all-season or snow tires during winter months (November–April).
• Experience working with diverse patient populations and handling high trauma volumes.
