Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation

Travel, 13-week assignment, Nights shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care on an inpatient rehabilitation unit with a focus on recovery and functional improvement
- Assist with procedures such as IV management, wound care, bladder scans, blood transfusions, and patient transfers
- Utilize equipment including lift devices, ADL aids, sliding boards, and adaptive devices
- Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record system (Meditech)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Inpatient Rehab experience (preferred)
- Med Surg experience is required
- Ability to be flexible and detail-oriented
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior inpatient rehabilitation experience
- Experience with wound care and patient transfers
- Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically Meditech
