• Full-time, daytime hours, outpatient, inpatient, and home health settings, flexible hours ranging from 32 to 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using a variety of therapeutic techniques according to established standards.
• Provide outpatient, inpatient, and home health therapy services.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• Proven experience in evaluating and treating a diverse patient population.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient, inpatient, and home health environments.
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and best practices.
