Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized respiratory care to patients in critical care units, including NICU, PICU, and ICU settings.
• Badge in and out at the facility per protocol.
• Administer respiratory treatments, monitor patient responses, and adjust therapies accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Work 12-hour rotating day/night shifts, with no on-call requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Current ND Respiratory Therapist license.
• Active AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience working in ICU settings, with NICU, PICU, or ICU experience preferred.
• Certification: NBRC RRT or CRT.
• Must have scrub attire in gray.
• Must attest if previously employed at Sanford Health; if yes, employment must have ended at least 6 months prior to submission.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• PALS and NRP certification are a plus.
• Prior experience in neonatal or pediatric intensive care units.
