Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, including sports medicine and post-operative cases.
• Manage a productivity goal of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing around 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits to maximize patient throughput while maintaining quality care.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and physicians to develop and implement appropriate treatment plans.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and protocols.
• May be required to float to other clinics as needed, with local candidates preferred.

Required Qualifications

• Valid current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred; new graduates may be considered.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 guaranteed hours.
• Strong communication and patient management skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in sports medicine and post-op rehabilitation.
• Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Flexibility to work at different clinics within a 50-mile radius if required.
