Job Title
- LVN / LPN - LTC/SNF
Location
- Jacksonville, NC
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 6-week assignment, nights shift (7 p.m. - 7 a.m.), 36 hours per week, rotating weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document resident health status and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning
- Float to different units as needed to support facility operations
Required Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina LPN license
- At least 1 year of GERIATRIC LPN experience, including PCC experience
- BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in LTC or SNF settings
- Comfortable with unit float responsibilities
- Ability to work night shifts and rotating weekends
