Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality critical care for patients in ICU, specializing in Neuro or Cardiovascular units.
- Cover weekend shifts only, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, on 12-hour day shifts.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor, assess, and respond to patient needs in a fast-paced critical care setting.
- Adhere to all safety and clinical protocols, ensuring compliance with hospital standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN license.
- At least 3 years of critical care experience in ICU settings.
- High acuity experience in Cardiovascular (CV) or Neuro ICU.
- Certificates: BLS, ALCS, NIHSS.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in high-acuity CV/CV surgery or Neuro ICU settings.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
