Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech language therapy services to patients across various settings within the hospital.
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for communication and swallowing disorders.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Participate in patient and family education to support therapy goals.
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet individual patient needs and ensure safety and quality of care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license or credentialing.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Ability to work full-time daytime hours.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in hospital or acute care settings.
- Familiarity with pediatric and adult therapy modalities.
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills are a plus.
