Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele
Location: Mayfield Heights, OH
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to adult medical-surgical and telehealth patients.
• Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms, responding to patient needs accordingly.
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio RN license or active Compact state license.
• Minimum of 18 months recent experience in Medical Surgical/Telemetry nursing.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safe medication assessments during orientation.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience in a hospital setting with adult patient populations.
• Familiarity with electronic documentation systems such as Lotus/Qualivis.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
