Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting.
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI prior to assignment completion.
• Adhere to licensing and credentialing requirements, including active licensure and credentialing through ATI.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Follow facility policies on dress code, parking, and scheduling.
• Ensure timely communication regarding onboarding, licensing, and documentation processes.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in setting or outpatient therapy preferred.
• Ability to complete documentation requirements for ATI.
• Willingness to start with a compact license but obtain permanent licensure immediately.
• Availability to work days shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working with ATI or similar credentialing providers.
• Familiarity with therapy documentation and clinical procedures.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Bill Rate: $90/hour
• Weekly billing cycle
• Parking and dress code information provided on first day
• Equipment provided during interview
• On-call and overtime: applicable at 1.5x rate
• Notice period: 30 days
