Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients according to treatment plans.
• Complete documentation and coordinate with ATI prior to starting assignments.
• Adhere to licensing requirements and facility protocols during all duties.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient progress and safety.
• Follow hospital policies regarding dress code, equipment use, and documentation.
• Attend weekly billing cycles and notify management of schedule or policy updates.

Required Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license.
• Experience in setting up and delivering therapeutic interventions.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and promptly.
• Availability to work days shifts.
• Equipment will be provided during interview.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Knowledge of ATI credentialing process.
• Familiarity with healthcare documentation requirements.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new protocols and environments.
