Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, contract, days shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients, following treatment plans and protocols.
• Complete documentation and work directly with ATI outside of the standard clearance process.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and credentialing requirements for each assignment.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality patient care.
• Maintain active license and equipment during your assignment.
• Adhere to shift hours and billing procedures as outlined.

Required Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license in the state of Illinois.
• Experience in setting up and managing treatment modalities.
• Ability to navigate documentation and credentialing processes.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Familiarity with ATI or similar healthcare providers.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
