Key Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures within the catheterization lab and electrophysiology (EP) suite.
- Prepare and operate specialized equipment used for cardiac catheterizations and electrophysiology studies.
- Monitor patient vital signs and ensure patient safety throughout procedures.
- Maintain sterile techniques and assist with patient care before, during, and after procedures.
- Collaborate with cardiologists and medical staff to ensure smooth workflow and accurate procedure execution.
Required Qualifications
- Certification or license as a Cardiac Catheterization or EP Technician (if applicable).
- Proven experience working in a cath lab or electrophysiology environment.
- Strong understanding of cardiac procedures and medical equipment.
- Ability to follow strict sterile protocols and safety guidelines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with cardiac catheterizations and EP studies.
- Knowledge of related imaging and monitoring equipment.
- BLS/ACLS certification.
