Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Assist licensed therapists in implementing treatment plans and documenting patient progress.
• Administer therapeutic interventions and support patient recovery goals.
• Support clinic operations by managing patient flow and ensuring quality care.
• Work with a team to meet productivity expectations of approximately 60 visits per week.
• May double-book follow-up patients to optimize clinic efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Valid PTA license or certification.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently within a healthcare team.
• Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week with prior approval for overtime.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent graduates or first-time travelers are welcome to apply.
• Comfortable managing a high volume of patients (12-14 per day).
• Experience with outpatient physical therapy environments.
