• Full-time, Midshift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM), on-site

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of diagnostic radiographic procedures, including adult acute care, outpatient, ER, ICU, NICU, and operating room imaging.
• Acquire high-quality images for abdomen, chest, head, extremities, spine, pelvis, and upper extremities, including specialized views such as decubitus and upright positions.
• Operate advanced imaging equipment, including O-ARM and C-Arm procedures, ensuring patient safety and image clarity.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and maintain proper documentation within Cerner electronic charting system.
• Collaborate with medical staff and clinicians within scope; float within the department as needed, but no cross-departmental floating required.
• Work every other weekend and holidays as needed; participate in on-call duties as required.

Required Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification in Radiography.
• Current Illinois state license for radiologic technologists.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1-year experience performing diagnostic X-ray procedures.
• Ability to operate high-end imaging equipment such as O-ARM and C-Arm.
• Experience with adult acute care, ER, ICU, NICU, and surgical settings.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Proficiency with Cerner EMR system.
• Level I Trauma Center experience.
• Prior experience working in magnet or teaching hospitals.
