Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in the Endoscopy/Gastrointestinal (GI) procedural area for both inpatients and outpatients.
- Attend to pre-operative, procedural, and recovery phases of endoscopic and GI procedures.
- Support a diverse case load involving various GI and pulmonary interventional procedures.
- Assisting with patient preparation and post-procedure care.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Endoscopy or GI nursing.
- Valid BLS certification.
- Ability to pass a color acuity screening test.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ACLS certification.
- SGNA Associates Program Certificate for GI Techs.

Additional Notes
- Schedule: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM, 13-week assignment.
- Holiday expectations include working 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve).
- Must submit to a color acuity screening test prior to start.
