Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for post-operative liver transplant patients in a 15-bed ICU setting.
• Monitor and manage patient conditions in the Intermediate Care (IMC), Progressive Care Unit (PCU), or Stepdown environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care for transplant recipients.
• Document patient progress and participate in patient care planning and treatment adjustments.
• Maintain compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU or transplant experience.
• Experience working in a Level 1 transplant or transplant ICU setting.
• Ability to provide care for complex post-operative transplant patients.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in liver transplant or hepatology patient care.
• Familiarity with transplant protocols and advanced ICU procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, specialized environment.
