Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve or maintain residents' functional abilities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
• Document treatment activities and progress in compliance with facility policies.
• Support residents' independence and quality of life through tailored therapy sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Colorado occupational therapist license.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a rehab or gero-psych setting.
• Strong understanding of rehabilitative therapy techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a case load effectively.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a long-term care or nursing home environment.
• Familiarity with documentation systems and regulatory compliance.
