Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER setting.
- Assess patient conditions, prioritize care, and develop treatment plans.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and manage airway and respiratory support.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure prompt and effective patient care.
- Document patient information accurately using electronic health records.
- Respond to rapid response team activations and assist in critical situations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license and state licensure.
- Minimum of 2 years of ER or acute care experience.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with telemetry and dysrhythmia management.
- Proficiency in non-invasive airway management (CPAP/BIPAP, oxygen therapy).
- Familiarity with EPIC or similar electronic health record systems.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a trauma environment.
