Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, temporary (13-week travel assignment)
• Dayshift (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, 7 on / 7 off schedule)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient occupational therapy services on the Acute Rehab Unit of a hospital.
• Engage patients in ADL training and therapy to improve daily living skills.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and ensure compliance with CMS regulations.
• Participate in unit protocols and maintain professionalism in a hospital setting.
• Work approximately 36 hours per pay period, including some state licensing flexibility for pending licenses.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Idaho professional license in Occupational Therapy.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to perform ADL training and patient engagement.
• Strong focus on patient satisfaction and teamwork.
• Willingness to work on acute hospital floors and follow unit policies.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Acute rehab experience preferred.
• Neuro therapy background preferred.
• Engaged, motivated, efficient, team-oriented personality.
