Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to outpatient oncology patients in a clinic setting.
• Assist with patient assessments, medication administration, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
• Document patient interactions accurately in electronic medical records.
• Float within outpatient settings as needed to meet facility requirements.

Required Qualifications

• LVN or LPN license with current, active status in California.
• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient nursing experience, preferably in oncology.
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support).
• IV certification required.
• Ability to work flexibly, including occasional weekend call.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Oncology outpatient experience highly preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical record systems, specifically Epic.
• Comfort with floating within scope to meet facility needs.
