Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient and urgent care services in a busy clinical setting.
• Perform high-volume and difficult IV starts, blood draws, and lab specimen collections.
• Assist with patient assessments, documentation, and vital signs.
• Support clinical team with necessary procedures and patient care.
Required Qualifications
• Valid LVN / LPN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient experience.
• IV certification.
• Proficiency in blood and lab draws.
• BLS certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Outpatient, urgent care, or emergency room experience.
• Experience working with high patient volumes and challenging IV insertions.
