Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients, following physician orders and treatment plans.
• Complete documentation accurately and promptly, including initial paperwork with ATI prior to start.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, credentialing, and facility policies.
• Ensure proper equipment usage and patient safety throughout treatment sessions.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid and active Physical Therapist license (must be permanent; no compact licenses accepted).
• Experience in outpatient or similar clinical settings.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Willingness to work daytime shifts.
• Credentialing requirements must be met prior to start date.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior outpatient therapy experience at ATI or similar facilities.
• Experience with electronic medical records and documentation systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
