Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and coordinate care with physicians based on patient needs.
• Change dressings and manage symptoms effectively.
• Utilize computerized charting systems for documenting vital signs and patient information.
• Travel regionally to provide care independently as required.
• Maintain proper dress code, such as scrubs or professional attire with a lab coat.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Illinois nursing license.
• Skilled in symptom management with minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in computerized charting and patient documentation systems.
• Ability to work independently and travel regionally.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in palliative or hospice care.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
