Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Execute therapy sessions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
• Complete documentation related to patient care and therapy progress, including required reporting to ATI prior to start.
• Maintain active licensure and comply with all licensing and credential requirements.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Adhere to facility policies on dress code, parking, and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in setting up and providing physical therapy treatments.
• Ability to complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Equipment provided during interview must be maintained and used properly.
• Willing to start with a compact license but must obtain permanent licensure immediately.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior work experience in a hospital or outpatient setting.
• Knowledge of ATI protocols and requirements.
• Flexibility to work full days on a day shift schedule.
