Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in both inpatient and outpatient care environments
- Evaluate and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress accurately using electronic health records
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC required)
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) acceptable for new graduates
- Fully credentialed as an SLP-CCC
- BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- At least 2 years of experience in inpatient or outpatient settings
- Ability to float between different units as needed
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
