Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed therapists in delivering physical therapy treatments to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Implement treatment plans under supervision, documenting patient progress and outcomes.
• Support patient mobility, strength, and functionality through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment, adhering to facility protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care during coverage of paternity leave.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Experience working in SNF or long-term care settings preferred.
• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and patient care documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience covering therapy needs during leave periods or in short-term assignments.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
