Registered Nurse - Wound Care

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Day shift (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; weekend flexibility may apply)

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement policies, procedures, and standards of care related to wound management.
• Provide direct patient care for individuals with various types of wounds.
• Assist staff nurses and serve as a consultative resource on wound care practices.
• Perform wound care procedures under the supervision of a Wound Care Coordinator.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Indiana RN license or multi-state nursing license (must be attached to resume).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (must be attached with submission).
• Minimum of 3 years recent wound care experience.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting providing wound care.
• EMR proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
