Job Title

Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient care in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown units, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Monitor and respond to patient needs, including telemetry and IV therapy.
• Document patient information accurately using electronic health records.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Float within units of similar or lower acuity, as needed.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of PCU (Progressive Care Unit) experience.
• Current ACLS and BCLS certification.
• Proficiency in IV starts.
• Experience with telemetry monitoring.
• Epic electronic health record experience required.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior travel nursing experience.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including some weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
