Job Title
- Registered Nurse - Mother Baby/Postpartum
Location
- Columbus, OH
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Days shifts, 36 hours per week (3 x 12-hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide postpartum and mother baby care to new mothers and infants
- Float between units as needed based on patient acuity
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Document assessments and interventions efficiently using electronic health records
- Support patient education and discharge planning
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years postpartum nursing experience
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- IV certification and skills
- Experience with IV starts and labor & delivery procedures
- EPIC electronic health record experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience in postpartum or mother-baby units
