Location: Lafayette, IN

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory therapy to patients in a short-term acute care hospital setting.
• Administer treatments, monitor patient responses, and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement effective respiratory care strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress using electronic charting systems.
• Ensure safety and comfort of patients during therapy sessions.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Respiratory Therapy license in the state of Indiana.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent bedside respiratory therapy experience.
• Certification in advanced airway management or pertinent specialties preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
• Flexibility to work 2/3 major holidays.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous experience in a hospital environment.
• Familiarity with electronic health records, particularly Cerner.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
