Registered Nurse ICU

Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU Location: Cleveland, OH Schedule: Nights, 3x12's, 7pm-7:30am Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) environment • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans • Monitor and manage critically ill patients, including those with life-threatening conditions • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians • Participate in code blue responses and other emergency situations Required Qualifications: • 18 months of recent Critical Care/ICU experience • 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty applying for (prior to travel assignments) • Permanent Ohio License or Compact State License • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification • NIHHS certification preferred Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience with electronic medical records and quality improvement initiatives • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment Why Join Us: Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
