Job Title: Physical Therapist

Location: Federal Way, WA

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic setting • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans • Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to promote patient mobility and function • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Required Qualifications: • Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of orthopedic conditions and treatments • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills: • Outpatient experience preferred • Experience working with a variety of patient populations, including those with musculoskeletal conditions • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
