Job Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Room
Location: Hermiston, OR
Schedule: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Assess, prescribe, delegate, coordinate, and evaluate nursing care provided • Ensure provision of quality care for selected groups of patients through utilization of nursing process, established standards of care, policies, and procedures • Develop and implement the written Nursing Care Plan • Act as patient advocate • Supervise personnel assigned to the RN
Required Qualifications: • Three or more years of ER experience • Ability to work independently with minimal direction or supervision
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working in a busy trauma level 3 department • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
