Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with clients to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders in clients • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client needs • Provide therapy sessions to clients in a variety of settings, including clinics, hospitals, and homes • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment outcomes • Stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments in speech language pathology

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution • State license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist • Experience working with clients of all ages, including new graduates • Strong assessment and treatment skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a rehabilitation setting • Familiarity with rehabilitation software and technology • Bilingual or multilingual skills
