LVN / LPN LTC/SNF
Job Title: LVN / LPN - LTC/SNF Location: Orono, ME Schedule: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting • Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed • Educate patients and families on health and wellness
Required Qualifications: • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license • Current CPR certification • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities • Knowledge of medical terminology and charting systems • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
