Key Responsibilities • Operates equipment and assists physicians in performing diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures special procedures • Performs radiographic procedures of a highly specialized nature to demonstrate cardiac and vascular patency in a variety of anatomical parts • Recognizes the importance of supporting the team in general care of the patient and family member • Assists in transporting patients to or from the Lab
Required Qualifications • 1 year of Previous Specials, Vascular, or Cardiac Cath Lab Tech experience required • Florida State Registered Radiologic Technician Associate Degree or equivalent in Radiological Technology • Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date • Registered Radiographer (ARRT) registry, or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist credential required • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification required • ACLS must be obtained within 45 days of hire date
