Therapist Physical Therapist

Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapist Location: Raceland, LA Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days

Key Responsibilities: • Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to promote patient recovery and mobility • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans

Required Qualifications: • Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program • Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Louisiana • Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively with patients of varying ages and abilities

Preferred Experience / Skills: • Previous outpatient experience preferred • Experience working with patients with MSK, vestibular, and post-op conditions • Strong assessment and treatment planning skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve productivity goals
