Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapist

Location Alameda, CA

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days

Key Responsibilities: • Assess and treat patients with various physical impairments and conditions • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote mobility, strength, and functional ability • Conduct patient evaluations, create treatment goals, and monitor progress • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive patient management

Required Qualifications: • Physical Therapist licensure in the State of California • Current CPR and BLS certification • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple patients and tasks

Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or sub-acute setting • Knowledge of geriatric or pediatrics population • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and practice management systems
