Therapist Physical Therapist
Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapist Location: La Grande, OR Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting • Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and monitor patient progress • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care • Educate patients and families on exercises, stretches, and mobility techniques
Required Qualifications: • Physical therapist license in the state of Oregon • 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or related setting (new graduates welcome to apply) • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Ability to lift, transfer, and position patients safely
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting • Knowledge of geriatric or pediatric populations • Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
