Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Conduct assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy sessions and monitor patients' progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Adhere to all credentialing and licensure requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Ability to pass a background check, including criminal and sex offender searches (7+ years).
• Ability to comply with pre-employment COVID-19 testing requirements (within 72 hours prior to start).
• Must submit a complete prescreen, resume, license verification, and references upon application.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of therapy assessment tools and documentation standards.
