Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, treat, and monitor a diverse patient population from neonatal to geriatric, tailoring treatment plans to individual needs.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and adjust therapy programs.
- Perform detailed clinical documentation and ensure accurate billing and reimbursement processes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, providing education and support.
- Supervise ancillary staff, students, and volunteers to maintain high-quality patient care.
- Stay current with clinical practices through ongoing education, literature review, and evidence-based approaches.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
- Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (BLS within 90 days of hire or transfer).
- Will accept new graduates.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
- Proficient in computer systems and rehabilitation equipment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
