Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality laboratory testing and diagnostic procedures in accordance with established protocols.
- Prepare and analyze specimens, ensuring accurate and timely results.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Follow proper procedures for specimen handling, processing, and disposal.
- Document test results accurately and maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with medical staff to support diagnosis and treatment plans.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT), Medical Technologist (MT), or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) certification/license.
- Ability to perform laboratory testing with precision and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and quality assurance procedures.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within a team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting.
- Familiarity with laboratory information systems and instrumentation.
- Experience with a variety of laboratory information and diagnostic testing methods.
