Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Implement therapy interventions aimed at improving or maintaining patients' functional abilities.
- Document treatment progress and communicate with healthcare team members.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, safety, and documentation standards.
- Verify credentials and complete required pre-employment screenings prior to start date.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state occupational therapy license.
- Ability to pass background checks including criminal, federal, sex offender, and national searches.
- Submission of comprehensive resume, references, and license verification.
- Ability to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination within 72 hours before start date (results issued 48 hours prior).
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior SNF experience preferred.
- Knowledge of current occupational therapy practices and standards.
- Availability to work daytime shifts.
