Job Title

• Mount Vernon, OH

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Monday through Friday, days only.
• Flexible hours; preference for working until 6:00 PM on Thursdays.
• Approximately a 6-month assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload with a variety of diagnoses.
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients.
• Assess patient needs and develop customized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Document treatment sessions accurately and maintain compliance.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Ohio physical therapy license or eligibility to practice.
• Proven experience in outpatient or diverse therapy settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with a variety of diagnoses and cases.
• Comfortable working in flexible hours to meet patient needs.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
