Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre-procedure screening and assist with scrub and technical duties for bronchoscopies, EGDs, and colonoscopies.
• Float within scope of practice to meet facility needs, including working during major holidays as scheduled.
• Support patient care in a fast-paced endoscopy and GI environment, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols.
• Document patient information and procedures accurately using Cerner charting system.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, supporting hospital operations and patient comfort.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of licensed RN experience, with scrub/tech experience in bronchoscopies, EGDs, and colonoscopies.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• In-state license in hand at time of submission.
• Ability to work rotating call shifts, including major holidays.
• Willingness to float within scope of practice.
• Must reside within 50 miles of the facility for local candidate consideration, with a corresponding bill rate adjustment if applicable.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a short-term acute care setting.
• Familiarity with Cerner electronic charting.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multishift rotations.
