Key Responsibilities
- Perform radiation therapy treatments on patients under the supervision of a Radiation Oncologist
- Follow established protocols to ensure accurate and safe delivery of radiation
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Required Qualifications
- ARRT-T Radiation Therapy certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiation Therapy)
- Valid professional license or registration as required in the state of Texas
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a cancer center or radiation therapy setting
- Strong understanding of radiation oncology procedures and safety protocols
- Excellent patient communication and compassionate care skills
