- Full-time, 13-week contract, day shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to adult and pediatric patients in a Medical-Surgical department
- Collaborate with a team of nurses and a full-time Hospitalist physician to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Work three 12-hour shifts per week, including every other weekend
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow hospital protocols and procedures
- Respond to patient needs promptly and effectively, ensuring safety and comfort
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of nursing experience in a clinical setting
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Valid ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a rural or smaller hospital setting
- Familiarity with adult and pediatric patient care
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
