Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to orthopedic, sports medicine, and post-operative patients.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits.
• Maintain a productivity rate of 60 visits per week.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Ensure patient care and documentation meet facility standards and regulations.
• Flexibility to work at different clinics, if required, and adherence to scheduling expectations.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license.
• Prior outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, with at least 36 hours guaranteed.
• Must be comfortable with outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine cases.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with post-operative and sports medicine patient populations.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to work as a first-time traveler is accepted.
