Job Title
- Electrophysiology Technician – Cath Lab/EP
Location
- Salt Lake City, Utah
Schedule / Job Type
- Travel, Full-time, Day shifts (7:00 AM to 5:30 PM), 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Circulate during electrophysiology procedures, including ablations, device placements, and Watchman procedures
- Assist with EP lab operations, ensuring patient safety and workflow efficiency
- Maintain EMR documentation in EPIC software
- Collaborate with a team of RNs and technicians to support complex cardiac electrophysiology interventions
- Follow unit policies and adhere to safety and sterility protocols
Required Qualifications
- ACLS, BLS certifications
- RCES (Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist) certification
- Critical care experience
- Proficient in circulating EP procedures
- Knowledge of EPIC charting system
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Scrub experience in EP procedures
- Familiarity with Philips, Carto, Abbott, and Stereotaxis equipment
- Prior experience with ablations, device implantations, and Watchman procedures
- Ability to work as part of a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment
